Well here’s the story: I ordered the first cargo carrier that never came. Instead BestHitchCargoCarrier sent me two picture frames �� and of course I had to jump through the hoops and send it back for a refund. Go figure ��. I opted for this cargo carrier which was more money and I’m glad I did. I am a welder/ fabricator by profession and this carrier is great. It is made of heavy aluminum and welded, not held together by screws. I thought this can’t be the typical BestHitchCargoCarrier China made stuff but I couldn’t find out if it was made in the USA. Bottom line— by this one
