Let me start by just saying how extremely focused and bright this light really is. At a distance of about 6 feet, the spread is about 18 inches. I can’t look directly into it, as I’m blinded by it. Also it only draws about 17 watts at 12 volts, so it is super efficient. It also includes hardware to mount it which will allow you to swivel it and raise or lower it in any direction. The instructions that came with it show it mounted to the front of a pickup truck, but I plan to mount it to the handlebars on my ATV for use as a spot light. It would not work well as a flood light, but as a spot light, it will be very effective, with just 2 leds. I give credit to the lens design. The camera on my phone also had trouble with the brightness, I could barely take a picture without the exposure getting messed up. I only wish it came with a remote control.
