It’s adjustable with drawstrings so it doesn’t fall off but i can’t guarantee your cat won’t try to claw it off lol. My cat wasn’t too happy but accepted it. It’s an XS/S which fits pets, dogs or cats, from 5-20lbs. It’s completely washable by hand but don’t dry it in the dryer, you need to lay it flat to dry and never bleach it or add fabric softener.
