Description A strain of shishito selected for earliness and larger fruit by folks at Wild Mountain seeds in Colorado. Our stock seed came through the Experimental Farm Network. The picture shows a side-by-side of Resilient and ‘normal’ shishito plants.  They ripen to red, but are usually harvested green and sauteed whole in hot oil, and served with just salt. So delicious. Not hot, or only very mildly so. Considered a frying pepper, thin skinned and savory.
